The VisuALL headset is designed for maximum comfort. Simply put it on, and you’ll be ready to start your test once you’ve connected to the internet.
The VisuALL headset is user-friendly and your Virtual Assistant, “Annie” will walk you through your test!
After the test, your results are recorded and sent to your eye care provider monthly, so he or she can review them and discuss any necessary next steps with you.
-The subscription is a minimum 3-month commitment so that you will have enough tests to determine possible vision changes.
-You will test 3-5 times per month, once weekly and at the same time of day.
-Your data will be forwarded to your eye care professional at the end of each month.
-Your subscription period starts the day you place your order, and your credit card will be charged monthly on that day (for monthly payments) or 1 year from that day (for annual payments).

-If you choose to cancel before the initial 3-month period, your subscription will not be pro-rated.
You do not need a legal prescription for the VisuAll headset, however, we do ask that your Eye Care Specialist submit an order on our website. No special training is needed. The device is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly and to be used in your home. Our knowledgable Patient Ambassadors will walk you through set up and testing when you receive your device.
Yes, the VisuALL VR headset is designed with patient comfort in mind, ensuring a pleasant experience during the tests in the comfort of your own home.
You can perform the test(s) at your convenience. We recommend trying to test on the same day of the week at the same time of day. With any visual field test, results are best if you test early in the day before eye strain occurs.
No, unless there is a problem with user error or test malfunction, it is not beneficial to test more than once per week.
